SUNROCK FRICTION FIBERS

     Friction Fibres are used in non-asbestos organic formulations for friction products, such as railway brake shoes, commercial vehicle and passenger car linings and disc pads , clutch facings etc., Both wet and dry mixes can be used.

     It has excellent performance characteristics, and offers distinctive advantages over traditional filler / reinforcing materials.

     High Temperature Stability:

     SUNROCK Friction Fibres have low conductivity and high heat resistance, preventing rapid overheating and improving brake life.

     Moisture Resistance:

     SUNROCK Friction Fibres are non-capillary and non-hygroscopic,
giving good moisture resistance.

     Low Shot Content:

     SUNROCK Friction Fibres have shot content generally less than 3%.

 Packing:

     Friction Fibres are packed in HDPE bags. Other packing available on reques
